The technicians totally took care of Ruby! Dr. JHN is experienced and an excellent surgeon. I called many times with many questions. Each answer gave me what I needed to know and to do. I also followed written directions to have a successful healing of her cranial cruciate ligament rupture. Thank you so much! Ruby and I are both happy!!
Sublime experience. My new puppy turned out to be a daredevil in a former life and broke her leg. The fracture affected the growth plate and so the ER suggested I get a surgical consult. They Went out of their way to do what was best for my baby instead of their bottom line. I hope I never need their services again but I trust them completely if I ever do.
We took our dog in for a fractured leg and thankfully no surgery was needed. We did need to take him in weekly for a cast change during his 8 week recovery. The staff were amazing scheduling and dealing with our anxious/playful pup. We always felt informed and supported during the whole process. Dr. Miller was amazing in giving us valuable information and realistic changes to make to support our dog. Today our dog was cleared and is on his way to be fully healed We can’t recommend this place enough. 😁
