Amazing experience so far. Keep in mind, there is only one person working the front handling visitors and phones. Most of the time they don't answer, but are pretty prompt on texting back. The vet and assistants are caring and honest. We are looking forward to bringing our other pets here in the future.

The staff and Dr Cooke are the best. If you want your pets to feel loved and cared for, this is the place to go! They were tender with me in the process of losing my Ollie. Rest In Peace little man.

I love Cooke’s so much. The ambiance is amazing, despite being constantly busy, they are fast and attentive to pets and pet owners alike. Theres a lot of cats to pet that just hang around the clinic, they’re all friendly, cats and staff alike lol. My single complaint is that they are hard to reach via phone call. In my case, it was no emergency but in the case that someone did have an emergency then I would worry for the pet/pet owner. Although that is a concern, they do respond at a reasonable time via text message! Bring your pets to Cooke’s and rest assured your pets will be taken care of (pictured are my two fur babies that got their shots/spayed/neutered safely...read full review
