It was easy to book an appt, the shop is clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my baby with them. Two hours later she was ready for pickup and her haircut was PERFECT. Her cut was spot on, it was more than just a clipper cut like had been receiving, she actually looked styled, her fur was clean and soft and she smelled good! She still looks great almost 2 weeks later! They don't charge to use your card, making paying and tipping easy, and offer receipts. We found our new groomer!“
