“When I walked in I was showed where to go to right away, I was not waiting for too long approximately an hour and that was fine with me because I’ve gone to places and the wait is longer. I appreciate the nurse who greeted us all in the waiting room and let us all know that they were pretty busy and he appreciated our patience. Dr. Truong was very nice and immediately knew what to get me started with. I appreciate his concern as well as the teams. I came in feeling like complete garbage from working all day and being sick to now feeling a bit better with this care. 100/10. I did not even feel the shot that the nurse gave me either. Her hand was so light. I had a breathing treatment done too

“Easy to schedule with Robert. Stevie, my Physical Therapist, is great. She provides me practical exercises that I can do at home while keeping me on track to be 100% soon. If anything is too much, she never pushes, ensuring I’m consistent but not flaring up my injury. My appointments are 100% worth it and I don’t dread them. :)“

“We went to san joaquin hospital for my 1 month old baby and after 4 hours they did nothing for her and we just walked out, so we went to this hospital and what a day and night difference. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. They were very sweet, polite, professional and fast. From the staff to the nurse to the doctor.“

“I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it! I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.“

She is very professional and completes my appointment details while I am at the appointment. I am definitely keeping them both as my health team!“

“I had an initial contact via a phone visit and Dr. Jacob was amazing and efficient with out having seen me face to face prior to this. Friendly and professional as well as was her assistant. I was sent for labs and I used the appointment system at the Ming offices. I barely sat down after a quick check in process and was called back. A huge shout out to my phlebotomist Mr. Urandy who quickly put me at ease, am an anxious type patient, and very painlessly extracted the samples needed. The offices are lovely and very clean. The staff helpful and so sweet! I'm actually looking forward to my Dr's office visit!“
