Was seen by Doctor Smith in regards to an eye issue, foreign metallic object entered eye 4 days prior causing discomfort and infection. Dr Smith was awesome treated me like a human with care and kindness. Very thorough in inspecting my eye for any metallic objects which may have become lodged in the eyelid or eye itself. A great visit with very friendly staff and pleasantly short wait times
Recently had my first Kaiser experience, as I had to go to the Urgent Care, Dr Shanholtzer & his staff were extremely friendly & helping during my visit.
Once I finished in the Urgent Care, I went over to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, when I went to pay with my Kaiser Benefits card, I was told I could not use it to pay for any prescriptions, that was the damper on my Kaiser experience.
The team at Bridge with kaiser has been nothing but amazing. I appreciate all the staff who have been extremely helpful through this process. A big thank you to Ms. Julie Chrisco and Ms. Bea.
