Everyone is really nice and the facility is very clean! I like the way you can check in ahead of time and I like how they tell you what your vitals are! You don’t have to ask! Same with Dr. Campos, she is thorough and explains everything and goes over all tests results.
Absolutely delighted to find Farr Medical Group! No medical office I've ever visited in Bakersfield can compare, except maybe Quest Imaging on Stockdale.But this review is for Farr Medical.Time focused: This was my first visit and I was surprised at how quickly the intake went and from there it was barely a couple of minutes before I was called to the exam rooms.Very sharp, attentive and knowledgeable staff. I felt I was "seen and heard" by medical assistant who took vitals and also by Nurse Practitioner Jinai Patel, MSN, FNP-BC. Service was fast, efficient and thorough. I brought my Mom in for a required annual exam, our Doctor noticed a band aid on her back and referred her to a dermatologist after seeing what was underneath. I would not have seen that as my Mom has dementia and forgets to tell me when something is wrong. She was gentle and kind and I appreciated her observations and testing recommendations. Highly recommend this practice.
