“I had my second massage at Serenity today and I think this is my new go-to place! I used to go to a similar, small place in San Mateo, but decided to find something closer to home. I've been to Watercourse Way but prefer a smaller operation. Katie at the front desk is always so friendly and warm! She even texted with me once when I missed the waiting list email to try to fit me in when they had cancellations! She offers water before and after your massage and a free mask even if you already have one (cute masks to top it off!) :-) I had my first massage with Manee and she had a great technique and flow! My second massage was with Shannon and she was great as well! Shannon was able to tell I clenched my jaw based on how my shoulders felt and gave me a jaw/face massage which I've never had! Both were great massages!Scheduling is easy and so is paying/tipping! Try them out!!“

She is not only super accommodating with bookings and very fair with pricing, but she is just overall amazing as what she does and you can tell she loves doing it. When I first met her I has calcium deposits similar to "ball like white heads" under my eyes (VERY close to my eyeball) that a dermatologist would charge crazy amount to get rid of and she did it in only a session or two. After that I was so impressed I never saw anyone else. She always makes me feel so warm and welcome and I've been seeing her for YEARS. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin. Try her out, you 100% wont be disappointed.“

As a guy it's a little uncomfortable to find a place where you feel relaxed and I have had the opportunity to see each of the technicians and they have been amazing. They each have tricks to make it comfortable and not too painful. The Redwood City studio is small so only one person at a time, so you are in and out quickly.“

None were as thorough and amazing as Anastassia was here. She marked out my eyebrows to ensure they were symmetrical and fit my face shape. She guided me on the approach we were going to take. While she was doing my brows, I briefly saw 2 other customers that were clearly loyal customers who trust her with their gorgeous brows and have been coming to her for years. I will not go anywhere else now that I’ve met Anastassia!! She’s incredible and I literally got a compliment on my brows the next day!“
