So glad I found this place!! Had a wonderful experience with Dena who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The space is clean, well decorated and comfortable. Definitely had the feel of a high-end spa. I will definitely be going back!
I really loved my experience with this place. Really nice and clean spa. The esthetican Natasha did an amazing job! I loved her personalized approach and knowledge. My skin looks amazing after hydrafacial! Definitely highly recommend this place!
LOVE this place! I used to come here often when I lived in San Mateo, primarily for eyebrow waxes, but have always wanted to try other services. Every single person that I have interacted with here have all been so friendly, kind, and helpful. They have excellent customer service; I always felt 100% valued as a customer and treated really well. I have had several estheticians and got along with every single one of them. They were all amazing and all of my appointments went really well. This is customer service done right. I also really like the decor and how cozy this place feels. It's warm and welcoming, which is more my style compared to ultra modern, minimalistic type...read full review
