I had my second massage at Serenity today and I think this is my new go-to place! I used to go to a similar, small place in San Mateo, but decided to find something closer to home. I've been to Watercourse Way but prefer a smaller operation. Katie at the front desk is always so friendly and warm! She even texted with me once when I missed the waiting list email to try to fit me in when they had cancellations! Wow... the best spa experience I have ever had! It was my sister's bachelorette and all she asked for was to relax with a massage and facial. As soon as I reached out to Serenity Day Spa, Katie was genuinely sweet and accommodating to our group of 6. She even went above and beyond to make this day special for my sister by decorating the waiting area and providing us snacks and drinks. It was so beautiful! Everything was coordinated and planned out so well and went by so smoothly - all thanks to Katie and the staff! I've been meaning to write a review for awhile. Wendy is amazing! My face has had horrible acne and scarring since I'm a nurse and have to wear masks all day long and sometimes a N95 mask for hours. She has helped me get my glow back to my face. Thank you Wendy!
