Rusted caps did not hold up during this winter's wind/rain storms and fell to the ground. Found United Chimney Services following a recommendation after calling around. Andy was friendly, professional, and on-time with both initial estimate and repair. Reassuring that he understood our chimney (triple something), found parts within days, and returned quickly to complete the job. Even replaced a rusted pipe we couldn't see. We'll absolutely call again next time we need help, and highly recommend to everyone.“

We really didn't want to move but my job offered me a great position that could not be turned down.When we met shon, we were impressed on how informative and knowledgeable he is. “I used Abstract Windows to do a retrofit replacement from the original 30yr old aluminum windows to new fiberglass windows from Milgard. Alessandro came out and reviewed all windows and happily answered all my questions. For the final measurement Dimitar and Alessandro explained that 2 large windows couldn't be done as retrofit and let me easily remove that from quote since I didn't want new construction right now. Their pricing was very competitive. The windows were ready when the said and they installed 11 windows in 1/2 day. Everything was so professional and now the house is so much quieter that we cannot hear when the delivery truck pulls up for packages. So nice. Windows look great and modern. I highly recommend using them for replacing windows.“

“I needed new sink basins to be installed & I reached out to many companies to remove the counter top & reinstall. Many companies said they couldn't do it & I was told since it's granite countertops they will crack therefore new granites need to be installed. I needed the granite to be the exact color as the existing one. All the companies I have reached out to wouldn't help me color match except Otto. He came to the property multiple times to find the exact match. I appreciated his attention to detail & going above and beyond to find the granite. A deposit was made to get the material and prep work began.Countertops in the kitchen, guest bathroom countertops, and master bathroom countertops needed to be replaced. Otto & his team did the work from start to finish which I appreciated tremendously. I didn't have to reach out to multiple companies. One stop shop! I did stop by a few times to the property to ensure everything was completed as time progressed. I realized the plumbing for the sinks weren't done, but that was an easy fix. I just contacted the office & was able to get that fixed within a day. There was a little miscommunication regarding the phone line and it was covered up with the backsplash but they came out to uncover it quickly. If I had any questions I was able to get in contact with Kathy easily (I believe she's the office manager, I can't remember). Overall, I will recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their property. They take pride in their work & value their customers.“
