In my general experience trying to find a vendor - I either didn't get call backs after leaving initial messages, felt like I had to chase vendors to provide updates on quotes, felt like the initial consultation was not thorough / rushed (ex. only would go into one crawl space even after communicating we have two), or was quoted a ridiculously high price.

Peace of Mind was hired to reinforce my cripple walls to mitigate against earthquake damage. I’ve hired many construction companies over the years and POM is absolutely the best, by far!!! I have zero complaints from initial inspection to final payment. It truly is a family owned business - Brittany, Caroline, Tony, Brandon and the work crew were consummate professionals. Started the job on time. They finished the job on time. They cleaned the job site every day. No food wrappers, water bottles, etc were ever evident at the end of each day. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the interpersonal communication. I recommend them a 1000 times over!!!
