“My experience with Peace of Mind Structural was fantastic. Excellent and very personal customer service combined with very thorough and meticulous quality work.
In my general experience trying to find a vendor - I either didn't get call backs after leaving initial messages, felt like I had to chase vendors to provide updates on quotes, felt like the initial consultation was not thorough / rushed (ex. only would go into one crawl space even after communicating we have two), or was quoted a ridiculously high price.
Peace of Mind was none of these things. They were very responsive, they were very thorough and made sure to dive into both of our two crawlspaces to get a closer look when providing an initial estimate, very up front about scheduling and lead times with permits, they were honest and up front around what work I should focus on verse what I shouldn't and the timing around that, they made sure to coordinate their work with inspections to make sure everything was up to code, and they were fairly priced.
I'd highly recommend for any foundation work.”
