“Jason and his team did a great job! My only regret is I didn't call them first. We ran out of water, tanks dry. Another local well pump company came out quickly and diagnosed that the well pump was needed to be replaced. They ordered a new pump, but didn't get me a quote for the work to be done for 9 hours, delaying getting the pump ordered. That should have a warning sign. A full 6 days later they had the pump and came out to install it. Right away they had issues and couldn't pull the pump. After much stress, I was out of town on an emergency assignment, I did what I should have done in the first place and call Superior Pump. Jason came out the next morning, pulled the pump, called me with a cost and completed the job that day. Wow! Thank you Jason, I really appreciate it!“

Another plumbing company that our HOA uses told us the bathtub problem could not be fixed without ripping out a kitchen cabinet that would ruin the kitchen cabinetry. “We discovered a blockage in the line that goes from our house to our septic tank and called Super Rooter after reading the company's Yelp reviews. To our amazement Jacy said he could be out in an hour and showed up around half an hour later. He got right to work and located the approximate location of the blockage. We have a very long house to septic line and he had to use two different cables to unblock the pipe. It was hard work in 93 degree weather but he finished the work in a couple hours, made suggestions to straighten the dip in the line and install another clean out should we again need his services. He is very personable, communicates well, is very efficient and his prices are very reasonable. If you need a plumber for what ever reason, take our advice and be sure to give Jacy a call!“
