Water is life. We can't live without it. So some folks get emotional about their water. Jason Walsh and his team have delivered Superior service to us for years, so I don't understand the negative reviews. There is always a backstory I believe. I do know that Jason squeezed me into his schedule yesterday on short notice and took care of my problem in 94 degree heat. Superior in every way. Be courteous and patient. This is a good company.
Responsive. That's my #1 most important trait in ANY contractor. I'm an electrical contractor (Green Lantern Electric - shameless self-promotion!). I hear the frustration of many of my new customers at calling contractors and never getting a call back. Superior won't do that to you. They're competent and honest (should be a given if you've got a license, right? Sadly, not always) and will help you out at a fair price. Great local company to support.
When our well pump stopped working we knew we needed to call someone immediately. Leslie was very responsive and prioritized our appointment.
