Cardinal built out our unfinished basement space into a home office and music room. Scope included wall furring, acoustical treatments, gypsum, texture, paint, flooring, trim/base and built in butcher block counter atop lower cabinets. I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work and functionality of the space. Will definitely be using Mel's team again in the future!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mel, who appears to be an efficient, reliable contractor. Her quote was detailed, and her scheduling honest and exact. I felt comfortable and in good hands. She took the time to talk and text me with any questions or concerns. Unfortunately, my schedule didn't fit with hers, but I would have love to hire them. I recommend you try them out.
