Rosenthal Plumbing was extremely responsive, having a technician on site within a few hours of reaching out. As our job progressed and we ran into additional issues, they were supportive and helped us through everything. The work was completed in a timely manner and all employees were very professional. Would strongly suggest them for anyone having plumbing issues in the greater Santa Cruz area.

Rosenthal Plumbing moved a toilet supply line so that I can access the angle stop (water shutoff valve) easily. They also installed a whole house water sediment filter to remedy the problem we had with the toilets leaking. This was frustrating because both toilets had new fill valves and flappers installed and worked great until the water company worked on the water lines near us and the sediment that came in through our water lines caused the flappers to leak sporadically. A white paste collected on the flappers and in the fill valves causing them to malfunction. Now we have nice clean water coming in and no sludge!
