Bailey handled my father’s cremation, which was a complicated process due to some delays with the coroner’s office. Throughout it all, she remained calm, confident, and kept me updated almost daily, which provided so much reassurance during a difficult time. They were very professional in all this difficult time Mario was very helpful answering all my questions and giving me a good price to transfer my brothers body to Mexico with my mom. It’s my first time I loose someone in my family this close and having to do all paperwork which Mario made all this process easy and fast i did not have any problems or have to go do any other paperwork Mario may god bless you and your team always. Thankyou for helping me and all this process and making it easy my brothers body arrived to Mexico and now he is resting in peace.“
