However, they returned to see if a hydrogen peroxide treatment would improve the grout color and were willing to reclean it all if a test showed improvement. “It is now two weeks out from Casa Utopia completing our home remodel project. We are absolutely delighted with the work and outcome.
The scope of our project went from simple hardwood floor replacement and painting of three rooms, to a complete bathroom remodel which included the relocation of water supply and drains.
Raz was our Project Manager. He maintained open lines of communication, explained every step, and kept the project moving. Previously, our other bathroom remodel took 10 weeks (different contractor). Raz had this bathroom project finished within 4 weeks (with an additional week for the flooring replacement of the other rooms). We never felt this was a side project for them. The team was at our house every morning at 8am, and put in solid hours to get our project completed.
As for quality, things I notice, all the grout lines are straight (wall and floor), the hardwood flooring was cut evenly (no jagged edging), texturing of the walls matches the walls that were not modified. We have consistency throughout.
We need to also mention and thank Nicole, who was our designer. She was very patient every time we changed our mind on a design element. Her quick turn-around on the CAD drawings helped my wife visualize the final project. This gave us the confidence that we were not going to regret any aspect of the final product.
If we had to do this over, we would choose Casa Utopia again. We have already recommended them to several friends.“

Reem met with me within a day of my inquiry and was happy to take on my project even though it was a smaller remodel, a kitchen and primary bath. From the very beginning, communication was outstanding. Reem never missed a phone call or text and often responded within minutes. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested throughout the entire project.

Every member of his team was stellar, from demolition to installation to fabrication. They consistently did exactly what they said they would do. I was especially impressed with how closely they stayed on schedule. The small delay we experienced was due to my own additional requests, not their timing.

The team was organized, careful during demo, and meticulous about follow-through, right down to the special trim pieces I requested. The final result exceeded my expectations.

Lastly, everyone I worked with, especially Reem and Brenda in their office, were genuinely kind and considerate. What could have been a stressful four-week renovation turned into a truly positive experience. I would recommend Brother & Brother Builders without hesitation.“

“I selected Sigura Construction because they were a Diamond Certified company. I have in general had good success with Diamond Certified companies. They were contracted to replace the entire front staircase in the duplex that I own in San Mateo because of extensive leaking and dry rot. Adi Lev was their project manager and did an outstanding job of coordinating everything from design, engineering plans, city permits and approvals, material selection and execution. After completion of the staircase, a general overall property inspection found some water leakage under the new staircase. Adi was right on it, did several extensive water tests, corrected the problem, and did additional water tests. All is good. Water leak was resolved. Adi showed a strong attention to detail through the process, was easy to work with, and provided frequent updates on the project. I was very satisfied with the work done. My only issue is that the job took longer than I anticipated.
