Dr Amonette is the only chiropractor I will get adjustments from. I feel a 100% better after a 5 minute visit . I have had many adjustments from different doctors who are licensed chiropractors. None can come close to Dr A.

I seriously feel like I hit the jackpot with this gym. I walked in nervous and completely brand new to CrossFit (new to working out in general really ?) and now five weeks later I’m totally hooked. Every coach has been incredible. super patient, super supportive, and honestly just great teachers. The community is another huge bonus and truly makes the gym feel even more special. Everyone is so encouraging, positive and helpful. As someone juggling a lot, having a place that feels this positive and motivating means so much to me. I've been struggling to find a nail place that offers good pedicure service for a while! I only have Sunday's off, so that narrows down my choices a bit. I tried salons in Alpine, El Cajon and Lakeside and always felt like the job was rushed and the paint was shoddy. Asking for a flower or small design always felt like pulling teeth, to the point to where I stopped asking.
I wish I tried Native Dreams years ago. The salon is pretty and well kept. There was a glass of water waiting by my chair when I came in. Even tho I knew I was the last service of the day, and I booked last minute, I didn't feel like the job was rushed. The polish on my toenails is FLAWLESS. I've never been so happy about the paint on my toes. My nail tech was super friendly and we chatted the whole time, which made me feel more comfortable than the awkward silence I'm used to at other salons. I had been avoiding this salon because I thought it was a big corporate place, but it's family owned and operated.
In all honesty, it was the best pedicure service I've had in years. Highly recommend.

Autumn is really great at what she does. I went in with a severe kink in my neck and she really focused on helping that feel better for me. I booked a 90 min massage and loved every second besides the pain I was in from my neck lol but it felt great after. Her price point is amazing as well. Her office is very cozy and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back.

Bob Duck runs this place and out of everyone I spoke to while planning my brother-in-law's burial, he was by far the kindest, most honest person throughout the entire process. We didn't even end up burying him in this cemetery, but when we expressed to Bob our family couldn't afford a lot there, he did not judge us one bit but instead personally helped us find a beautiful, more affordable resting place for our loved one. It's clear he cares about helping people, not just making a quick buck, and this compassion he shows extends to the souls laid to rest in this lovely cemetery, as well. I fully recommend that you give Alpine Cemetery a call if you're looking for a place where you'll know your loved one is in good hands that genuinely care.

Good full service laundry and dry cleaner in a neat small shopping center. A little expensive. Ask for expedited service as necessary. They also do fluff and fold. Good quality work. Check out the nearby health food store too.

Jose and his crew repaired/replaced our existing lawn sprinkler system. They arrived on time and immediately began the work he had quoted me in the proposal. They performed the work as discussed, providing us with an updated and more efficient lawn watering system. They left my yard and patio clean and in order. Jose even corrected an existing wiring system that I brought to his attention, at no additional cost. My little Charlie boy got attacked by a group of dogs in the late afternoon and after calling our local vets with no luck we called this vet which is over an hour and a half away, they said bring him up and they will wait and help him. Luckily my dog survived the almost two hour drive and they were waiting and ready to do emergency surgery on him at almost 7pm when we arrived . The doctor jumped into action making sure my dog had a fighting chance and assured me he will be fine. Over the next couple of days they reached out numerous times updating me on his status and how great he was doing and two days later he was ready to come home. Fast forward two weeks and my Charlie boy is completely back to normal and is doing great thanks to this doctor and his staff. If I could give more stars I would and if it wasn’t for him my little buddy wouldn’t be sitting on my lap right now. Once again thank you for saving my dogs life my family and I forever grateful
