Mark was a great guy to talk to and was able to help me out in a bind. We were camping in Julian and my truck through a code that worried me with about possible overheating. I called Mark up on a Sunday morning which just happen to also be a holiday and he answered and told me to send him what the code was. After he got it, he called me back right away and said he would pick up the part and call me when to come by. After an anticipated phone call he had me stop by and diagnosed the problem, which he thought was the thermostat of which 90% will show that code. I can't thank Mark and Anthony enough for the amazing service they provided. I got my car serviced right before our family trip to Mexico. My car started to overheat right on 8East around Pine Valley. I callled numerous mobile mechanics and Mark answered the call. I was skeptical since I was not familiar with area but I took my chances and I'm glad I did! Mark and Anthony diagnosed my car with a faulty cracked coolant gasket hence the reason why my car was overheating. They replaced my gasket and I was back on the road to our family trip!
