Despite rumors of the cemetery being haunted, it is considered a nice and well-maintained facility in the local community.
Bob Duck runs this place and out of everyone I spoke to while planning my brother-in-law's burial, he was by far the kindest, most honest person throughout the entire process. We didn't even end up burying him in this cemetery, but when we expressed to Bob our family couldn't afford a lot there, he did not judge us one bit but instead personally helped us find a beautiful, more affordable resting place for our loved one. It's clear he cares about helping people, not just making a quick buck, and this compassion he shows extends to the souls laid to rest in this lovely cemetery, as well. They always talk about how haunted this cemetery is ? the people who live like right behind it don’t complain tho. My mom lives close, so I’d go visit the cemetery when I went running. Is a nice lil cemetery in Alpine.
