“I can’t thank Brian & Daniel enough for their help over the holidays. The temples for my surgical loupes were loose and one actually came off. I called the company that made the surgical loupes and I was told that the turn around time for the repair was 2 weeks plus shipping time, which wasn’t going to work. I decided to come to Pearls Vision to see if they can fix them. Thankfully, I had the replacement temples, but unfortunately the screws that came with them didn’t fit. So, Brian went out of his way to get me the screws and repair the loupes without a charge! If this isn’t exception customer service then I don’t know what is!! They’ll be definitely my go to optometrist for exams and frames in the future & I highly recommend you give them a try as well! Once again, thank you so much for taking care of the repair!!“
“I've been going to the Mission Viejo Optometric since I was a kid and the transition since Sandy has been seamless and my visits get better every time. Everyone there, along with Dr. Walsh bring a very knowledgable and professional approach while providing the best care starting from the first "Hello" once you walk through the door. This center has advanced technology and tests that help Dr. Walsh and the office associates make informed and proactive approaches to treatment and solutions. Lara helped with my tests today and she was so gentle with each procedure. I was also surprised that she knows so much about opthamology and optometry without going to school for it! Dr. Walsh makes sure that no rock is left unturned to come to the best prescription and fit for you. With the help of the new testing she and Lara educated me, for the first time ever, about the state of my eyelid glands and how it contributes to eye dryness. Jenny then took care of me when selecting new frames and loved each look she pulled. I feel that Jenny, Sao and Lara and with the other associates actively listen to and understand your concerns on top of facilitating a safe and supportive shopping experience. It feels like you're with friends who have your best interest in mind and they're not afraid to tell you when a pair of glasses are unflattering. After selecting your glasses they are also so so helpful when breaking down numbers to get the best financial solution and approach together. They will have you leaving the shop feeling confident with your choice in eyewear and in higher spirits! Not to mention the convenience of texting! As a busy person, its the little things like this I greatly appreciate. Location aside, the people here are the reason why I've only gone and will continue to go to Mission Viejo Optometric Center.“
“I have been going to this optometrist for about two years. I'm so glad I switched. This provider goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. I have severe myopia and the eye doctor here is able to correct my vision so that I can work close up and still be able to see to drive. My previous optometrist never got it right and then sold me contacts that i couldn't wear. I thought I was a high maintenance customer until I met Dr Ahumada.Her office is modern with all the latest technology.She has also helped my daughter who has migraines.If your current optometrist is "just ok" I suggest making a move. I wish I had met Dr Ahumada sooner, I would have saved money and got a better service.She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest medical research...She's a really nice person, too.“

This is by far the best location I’ve come across- super friendly staff immediately greeted me and were able to adjust my frames with no wait. The technician even offered me a new case and free eclipse glasses. Highly recommend this store and look forward to my next visit.“
