Eye Care West Optometry OC is highly praised for its friendly and attentive staff. The team provides thorough explanations, listens to patients' needs, and helps with frame selection, offering great suggestions. Patients appreciate the personalized care and have been loyal for years, recommending the practice to others for its excellent service and support.
The office atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff, including the optometrists Dr. Yakub and Dr. Fong, are described as amazing, sweet, and professional. Patients highlight the easy process, the team's care and understanding, and the efficiency of the service. Many have been returning patients for years and are satisfied with the practice, often recommending it to family and friends.
Such a caring and thoughtful team. Everyone made me feel at home and comfortable. My doctor and her assistant were fabulous! Ivy took so much time to walk me through choosing my frames and explaining progressive lenses. I hope I will be as excited with my new glasses as I was happy with my experience with this team.
I recently saw Dr. Sabrina Yakub and she was amazing! She is very knowledgeable about eye diseases, takes her time with diagnostics, and explains everything clearly. She is also kind, pleasant, and inspires confidence. I would highly recommend her if you want to see a top optometrist.
I have been going to Eye Care West for the past three years and I am very satisfied customer. The staff is always welcoming and the office is always clean. What I really love about Eye Care West is they do not push unnecessary add-ons or force you to upgrade your prescription. If you are local to Portola Hills/Foothill Ranch and are looking for a new optometrist, I highly recommend giving them a call. Dr. Fong is amazing and I would recommend seeing him.
