I have been going to Eye Care West for the past three years and I am very satisfied customer. The staff is always welcoming and the office is always clean. What I really love about Eye Care West is they do not push unnecessary add-ons or force you to upgrade your prescription. If you are local to Portola Hills/Foothill Ranch and are looking for a new optometrist, I highly recommend giving them a call. Dr. Fong is amazing and I would recommend seeing him.

Great experience every single time! From the moment I book an appointment, the flexibility and caring attitude upon arrival, to a warm greeting, nice/professional prescreen, check up with Dr. Fong (who is amazing), to so much attention to detail and helpful staff who always assist in picking the best glasses! Being a first time patient, the whole process was simple and easy to understand. The staff were very kind and took the time to explain things. The entire visit was finished fairly quickly and no wait.
