“Was looking to do something exterior renovations/improvements to my parents house which they’ve lived in for the last 20+ years.

After looking into 7+ other contractors, my friend referred MK Builders to me for a new roof and exterior repainting. Coming from a person who isn’t very experienced working with contractors and hearing all the horror stories about craftsmanship, promptness, and quality control, I’ve been blow away with the entire experience.

Rob was very transparent and honest throughout the entire process. His prices were reasonable as well. What stood out the most was the quality of work and ability to finish things on time (including passing all inspections).

If you’re someone like me that lacks experience but wants to avoid a nightmare scenario, then I can’t recommend MK Builders enough. Their communication, transparency, and ability to deliver really stands out and is greatly appreciated“
