“I took my dog to 5 different Vets for an ear infection and none of them could fix the problem. Went to Sexton 3 times and he couldn't fix it, actually got worse. I called because it was so bad and he told me she's going to have to wait til next week because she was uncooperative, what an anus! Went to the vet if front of Sexton 5 times for just a temporary fix. Thought I would try the Vet across from my shop, BINGO! She fixed it the first time! My daughter took her dog there with a runny eye and he was better in 2 days. I'm glad there is somebody around here that knows what they are doing. And BTW, I started out at Bishop Ranch about 5 times b4 I went elswhere. I think they temporarily fix it so you keep coming back and paying 2 to 300$.“

“I have been looking for a good groomer to give my pooch teddy bear look and finally I found the one. She is passionate , loving and talented in her work. Milo did not hesitate to go to her and after two hours he was same, calm. He enjoyed his time being with her. Look at my teddy bear before and after“

“So glad to have found this hidden gem in my community for my husky! I use their nail trim, bath and grooming services. They are always so accommodating with my schedule, they seem to be able to squeeze me in whenever I call for a last minute appt. I know they do a good job because my dog hates getting her nails trimmed but now she doesn't mind. Mo and staff handle the dogs in their care with lots of patience and love.“

“Today was a day! Our dog needed seizure meds refilled and while the vet team had sent it in (and resent it in), CVS continued to say they didn’t have it. It took multiple phone calls to both offices, and while it’s easy to get through to Tassajara Vet, it’s an ordeal to call CVS. When I called the vet the last time to see what other options I had as CVS was just terrible… I found out that Courtney and Mariah, absolute gems, had taken matters into their own hands. Mariah walked over to CVS with the prescription in hand to make sure the meds were filled as Charlie can not go without them. Courtney reassured me that she would be there to help if anything happened again at CVS…. To say they love their jobs and the animals they take care of… it really showed right there! That level of care and service is not something you hear about often, so I wanted to be sure to give them serious praise! Thank you, Courtney and Mariah!!! We appreciate the entire Tassajara Vet team so much. They have taken care of our fur babies for the last 19 years!“

“This was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn’t used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn’t bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn’t normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo’s tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.??“

“I have a 115 pound older male Bernese Mountain Dog who can be difficult when being groomed. He is also a little nervous in new situations. I was a little nervous myself about dropping him off, but Vivian and her staff made me & my dog feel comfortable and welcome. When I came back to pick up my dog, he didn't see me at first thus I was able to watch him walking around with the other dogs (it's open). He looked very relaxed and happy. AND best of all, he is clean and well groomed. I am very happy with Posh Pup and we will be going again. I have already recommended them to a friend. Thank you!“

“Cheap Shots is great! The staff is great! We used to have to bring our Pitbull Lucy all the way to a vet in Oakland to get her nails trimmed. (We live in Fremont.) This Oakland vet used to give her a shot to sedate her before he cut her nails. At Cheap Shots, they are able to trim her nails without any sedation!! Good people!!! We appreciate Cheap Shots being there for the community.??“
