Vivian is absolutely wonderful! After a bad experience with another groomer, I was worried to bring my dog in. Vivian greeted us with a smile and there was no doubt in my mind that my fur baby was in good hands. With the past groomer, I was dog shamed for having a hyper, nervous puppy and since I am new to small dogs, I was worried all groomers might be like this? Wow, was I wrong! Vivian took the time with us and CARES. My little girl has never looked better and my mind was put to ease when I left her there. Vivian is just a fantastic, caring person and I cannot recommend her enough. She is a gem!!!

Vivian is the absolute best groomer I have ever taken my dog to. Not only does she do a fantastic job at grooming our dog but she is such a sweet lady. My dog, Cooper is wild about her and going to get groomed. We are always so happy with the job she does. He looks perfect every single time and we couldn't recommend her enough.

Vivian is so accommodating! I have an 16 yr old chihuahua who is quite cranky in his latter years but has no problem here at Posh Pup for his mani/pedi! I've seen some of Vivian's grooming with other clients and meticulous grooming! I'm sure when they leave, heads turn, "Wow! Wonder where he goes to get that fabulous haircut!!
