We were happy with our Golden’s care and grooming! It was his first time and the staff was very nice and dog/owner friendly. I appreciated the phone call updates on estimated completion time.

We are so pleased with our first experience with grooming at the Hound Lounge. Our young puppy Maple looked and smelled like a little angel after her bath and light grooming. That oatmeal shampoo is so lightly and pleasantly scented, my fragrance sensitive spouse was very happy with the end result! We are looking forward to many more visits as she grows out her adult coat.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Hound Lounge thanks to Sam, who took exceptional care of my furry baby. She was incredibly attentive to my dog's needs and immediately noticed a rash on her stomach that could be irritated by the grooming shaver. Sam handled everything with such care and gentleness.

What impressed me most was her understanding of my dog's discomfort, especially when it comes to having her feet touched. Unlike previous groomers, Sam didn't complain about my dog's wiggling; instead, she patiently worked around it, ensuring that my pup felt as comfortable as possible.
