“honestly i felt so relieved the moment we walked in, like a weight just lifted off my shoulders. been coming to debbie for years now with my little terrier who hates the vet more than anything but she always makes him calm. the office is small and doesn't look fancy at all but thats what I like about it, it feels real and no one is trying to upsell you a bunch of stuff you dont need. she remembered my dog's name without me even saying it which is kind of embarasing becuase I know how busy she is. prices are fair and I never feel rushed, always feel like she actually listened. already booked our next visit for a checkup in two months, wouldn't go anywehre else.“

“Muir Oaks has been the best vet we have gone to. This is saying a lot because we have moved often and gone to at least 7 different vets in the last 6 years. They are great fantastic for veterinary care and they are amazing for boarding. My dog was extremely aggressive to most people and dogs, but here she was able to connect with the staff and feel more comfortable. They also comforted us when we unfortunately had to put her down. They gave us the kindness we needed and treated us like we really lost a family member, which we did. If I still lived in the area, I would be a lifelong client.“

“Woof is our pups home away from home! As soon as we enter the building, Reeghan runs to the back door where all the other dogs are located. The owners and staff are the best and very attentive. We've always felt comfortable leaving him for short or longer stays without worrying about if he's okay. We find that this is his Reeghan's 2nd Happiest Place on Earth!“

“I have been taking my Scottie Zara to daycare at Dogtopia in Blackhawk Plaza for three years and she loves it. It is her chance to work off all her excess energy and play with her friends. The facility is very secure, scrupulously clean, and safe. There is a human supervisor in the play rooms with the dogs at all times to ensure the play remains controlled and the dogs don't get overly excited. The webcams are a great bonus too, since I can check and see how Zara is doing and if it is time to come home. I would recommend daycare at Dogtopia to anyone who wants to give their pup a special fun day!“

I had a big bill for a tooth extraction for my cat and they helped me navigate the nightmare of pet insurance and argue for future coverage despite an early miscommunication with the insurance. They said it wasnt possible and oasis made it possible.“

“It was quick and easy, I checked in and within 5 mins or so, they took my pet, they gave him his 2 vaccination he needed and was done, it was a good experience, very quick easy for me.“

“I've been bringing my pets to Bishop Ranch for almost 10 years. Cats, dogs of all sizes. I do notice a lot of turnover with their staff but the service I get is always superior. Today I brought my 9 month old kitten in to their urgent care clinic because she had been vomiting repeatedly for hours. We were taken back immediately and Elle was examined. The vet was Dr Crisp and she was very friendly and thorough. She gave me the information I needed without talking down to me or leaving out any details. My kitten was assessed and treated and is now home feeling better. I've taken my other cat here when he had an abscess form an entire month after I had adopted him from the shelter. I had brought him first to VEG and they found/drained the abscess but then sent my poor cat home with a gaping, oozing wound on his back and no medication. I brought him to Bishop Ranch the next day and he got the surgery he needed, a drain tube placed and the correct pain meds and antibiotics. He spent two weeks in a cone but he healed very well and is fine now. Again the vet and all staff were very kind courteous and professional. My only complaint is they are often booked out for weeks but that is what happens when you're the best, I suppose. Highly recommend.“

“We highly recommend Critter Pet Care & Pam. Our cat, Jade, loves staying there since she gets to roam around and hang out on the various soft beds at different heights in the area. Pam treats Jade like one of her own. She sends us pictures and videos while we are away. And generally Pam goes out of her way to show her love and attention to our cat (and others, of course). Critter Pet Care is by far the best place we have ever boarded Jade. We go on vacation without worrying about her at all. It's the best possible setup for Jade. In fact I think she often doesn't want to leave! Thank you so much for your kindness and care.“

“Hillary did a wonderful job training my unruly rescue pup. They took the time to really understand his personality and tailored their training so that he could be successful. They met with me almost weekly to train me to be successful with him. He went to them headstrong, hyper, and nippy and and came home as a polite, sweet, loving puppy. I can’t thank Hillary enough for training this puppy and being able to keep him in our family.“

“This was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn’t used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn’t bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn’t normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo’s tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.??“

“I enrolled my very small (4 lb) puppy in the Puppy 1 training class. I’d been through Sirius Puppy Training about 15 years ago and they were great. I was so happy to find their training is still top notch, positive reinforcement, and reward based. I was excited to continue my puppy training with their Puppy 2 Training class. Twice. But in all fairness, I wasn’t as invested in my training efforts outside of class so that’s why I needed to go through it again.
I was very excited to have Leanne Neufeld as my trainer throughout all classes. She must have eyes in the back of her head because she sees EVERYTHING going on and is quick to jump in and help with specific training that each puppy and guardian needed. She makes it look so easy, but she also makes sure you know how to do what she is demonstrating. The Top Dog Academy online videos are extremely helpful and they also do zoom training each week where you can ask questions. I highly recommend Sirius Training. You and your pup won’t be disappointed.“
