To be completely honest, as someone who tends to come here on weekends, my only real issue here is with the customer service. The lady who did them today - I don’t know her name, but she has done them before - is just so rude. It’s an issue. I tried to say thank you and to smile, but I received nothing but a scowl in return and caught an eye roll when I came back to thank her again (I came back because I thought that I had done something wrong.) She had seemed quite talkative with the prior customer so I suppose that she may simply not like me, but when you are working with customers they should not *feel* that if you can help it. I’ve been visiting this place since 2017, and over the years I’ve seen many staff members come and go. There were some really great ladies here before, but most of them left. Since I’m comfortable with this place, I continued coming here regularly.
Unfortunately, the lady who usually does threading on weekends has been quite rude and rushes through the process without caring about customer comfort. It often feels painful and unpleasant, but because weekends are the only time I’m usually free, I didn’t have many options.

Walked past this spot on my way to get lunch at Applebee's. Noticed that the was one possession in the chair and 2 waiting. I made a note to self that if it was not packed after I had lunch, I stop in. I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in a little minute because I did not like the way that other places threaded on 2-3 occasions since moving here. They always make them uneven.
However, Sudha (Women pictured below) did a quick and amazing job. She was even understanding to it hurting a little bit due to it being awhile since I last had them threaded. The shop is cute, clean and welcoming.
