“I’ve been visiting this place since 2017, and over the years I’ve seen many staff members come and go. There were some really great ladies here before, but most of them left. Since I’m comfortable with this place, I continued coming here regularly.

Unfortunately, the lady who usually does threading on weekends has been quite rude and rushes through the process without caring about customer comfort. It often feels painful and unpleasant, but because weekends are the only time I’m usually free, I didn’t have many options.

Today, since I have a function tomorrow, I visited on a weekday — Tuesday — and met someone wonderful named Sabreen. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She actually fixed my eyebrows, which had been damaged previously, and took the time to do everything properly and gently.
