“This was a first experience with permanent make-up for me; I had micro-blading on my eye-brows. Naturally enough I was somewhat apprehensive about how things would turn out! However, I needn’t have worried at all. Nasim was absolutely brilliant, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is truly an artist. My brows look totally natural. “I always have a good experience here. The rooms are clean and the aftercare products offered are excellent. The “waxperts” here are well-trained. I have never had any problems due to their technique. They also have high tech options to reduce ingrown hairs, such as the ion glow therapy. I love the fact that you can book online (though the navigation through that is a little clunky! Please improve???). Getting a last minute spot is sometimes possible! But they are getting busy for the summer season now, so don’t expect it. I love that there is a bus stop right at the location, Starbucks across the street for a post-wax survival treat, and is next to Subway for lunch.“
