I have been coming to Lao Feng Xiang for a while now and my experience here has always been wonderful, largely thanks to Nina! She is honestly the reason I keep coming back. Nina is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and always helps me find exactly what I am looking for. It truly feels like being helped by a trusted friend rather than a salesperson.
The store itself is amazing. The collection is huge and there is something for everyone. What really stands out to me is their 24 carat gold jewellery, which is honestly some of the finest I have seen. Every piece is so beautifully made and the staff are warm and welcoming which makes every visit such a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience at Lao Feng Xiang Jewelry. The store looks very elegant and well-designed, with beautiful displays that really catch your eye. The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful without being pushy. They took their time to explain the pieces and made the whole experience enjoyable.
