“We've brought our small old dog to
McKenzie Vet for years. I don't love that they're owned by a corp now but I have not noticed a chance in service. Various doctors and the techs continue to put in extra effort during appointments. My dog is unfortunately very anxious, which makes appointments really tough. During his last checkup, the techs sang to him to get him relax to take his blood! It would've been easy to say sorry we can't take his blood today, but they didn't. Another time I think Dr. Vega and the techs tried for 30+ mins to successfully do an x-ray. I've also never felt that they are just trying to take our money. And reception is fantastic!“

“We’ve had mixed experiences at Feltham. We’ve been with them for 8 years now. Dr Houston is incredible. From what I’ve experienced, I wouldn’t recommend the other vets. Their care club plan is a great deal if you need to get your dog’s teeth cleaned. Comparing prices, they are the best price in town.“
