The last 2 visits we've had Aiden as our tech for our sometimes grumpy jack russel chihuahua named Jimmy. She's been amazing and the appointments have been super easy. She even managed to trim his nails, which is difficult to do at home. Thank you so much Aiden!
Today we said a heartbreaking goodbye to my 92-year-old mum’s cat, Blackie. 🐾 We are going to miss Blackie so much, especially my mum. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Zoe, our incredible vet tech. You were our rock today—so warm, calm, and knowledgeable while we were completely overwhelmed. Thank you for explaining everything so beautifully and for being so exceptionally gentle with my mum. You are truly top-notch, Zoe. ❤
I have been bringing my two cats to McKenzie for two years. Since their first visit with Dr Bailey Fuller, I can wholeheartedly say that the entire team at the clinic is exceptional. They always showed compassion, genuine care, and professionalism at every visit. My cats were adopted through the BCSPCA, and their history was not very clear. Dr Bailey put in a lot of effort to find out their previous medical history from the adoption clinic and relayed the info as soon as available. She worked with me to come up with treatment plans for their various issues (that had gone untreated) that set them up for success.
