Explained everything to me, let me sit close by if needed, it is a very open, comfortable, non judgemental environment. It felt like she really is passionate about her job and helping the babies. Once she felt our baby was doing well she was very honest about it rather than having us keep coming back when it wasn’t necessary (we appreciated the honesty and trusted her even more!) we would absolutely recommend.
