The preparation of our parent was amazing. If you're interested in a viewing it was incredibly lifelike and a real honor to her life-long beauty. Overall as oleasant an experience as one could hope at such a horrible time! They also prepared the letters for Service Canada and that saved time. They offer counseling for a period after the death.
