We had a leak from the wax seal in the toilet in our condo. We called them and they booked us in a time for 2 days hence, with a 2 hour window for arrival. Phablo was professional, courteous, and wonderful to deal with. He estimated the work before beginning, explained the process to us, and completed the work on schedule.I have only two other comments: this service was very good, but commensurately expansive; the schedule called for a technician to arrive in a 2 hour window, and the in this case he arrived after that window - perhaps regular text updates would beat sitting at home for this duration of time?Thank you Phablo! The water from our shower started leaking into the room below. Despite this occurring in the midst of "snowmageddon" (December 20, 2022), Red Seal had a plumber to our house a day and a half later. Pablo, the plumber, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was extremely efficient and polite. Great job!
The shower in my mums house had very loose handles and was not working well. they came out quickly and did an estimate ( which was higer than the final cost!). they did a beautiful job replacing the tap and fixture saving me a ton of money in having a remodel done - they notified me of their arrival and cleaned up to perfection! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be calling for any other work!
