They kept in touch with me at all times, dealt with the gov’t rebates and warranty registered all our equipment on our behalf. I also think that Lucas (estimator), Amy (installs) and the owner Dale were great and easy to deal with The final result is an amazing setup, clean work area and a fully functional heat pump.
