After recently moving to Steveston Village, I was on the hunt for a new place to go to for laser hair removal. I was very lucky to have met the wonderful and lovely Zara! Her place is very centrally located with free parking too! Very nice and clean inside as well. She is an experienced professional and makes you feel welcome from the first meeting, very caring and sincerely concerned about your well being and makes you feel like a friend. I already have repeated and definitely Highly recommended!!

It was my first time visiting Palms Day Spa. Zara was able to fit me in with very short notice, by asking another client if they would be willing to shift their appointment time as I was really hoping to get a facial done for my birthday. I had booked a basic facial, but Zara definitely went over and beyond a basic facial in my opinion. She was very thorough with my extractions. I was very pleased with this because I have been to some high end spas who wouldn't finish the extraction process, and said I should get them completed in another appointment.
