After the atmospheric river that hit the Lower Mainland in 2022 flooded our basement, we hired Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains to undertake the massive job of replacing the drain tile around our home. They also replaced our sewer and grey water lines all the way out to the city's collection lines under the street. It was a significant project, and from start to finish their team was professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough.

One of our biggest concerns was that replacing the drain tile would require excavating around the entire perimeter of our home, including a fairly substantial and well-established garden. The crew took great care throughout the process, carefully removing and protecting plants wherever possible and then restoring the garden when the work was complete. We were genuinely impressed by the attention they gave to our property and the effort they made to leave everything in excellent condition once the project was finished.

The work itself was completed to an exceptionally high standard, and at no point did we feel that they hadn't earned every dollar of the project cost. Their crew worked tirelessly, kept us informed throughout the process, and consistently demonstrated a level of care and craftsmanship that is difficult to find.

More recently, we brought them back to address a drain line issue inside our basement. Once again, the team, led by Tim, did a fantastic job.

What impressed us most, both in 2022 and on this recent project, was their communication. We always knew what was happening, why it was happening, and what the next steps would be. There were no surprises and no guesswork. Tim and his crew took the time to answer questions and ensure we were comfortable throughout the process.
