Shayne from Roy Dennis Roofing came out to look at what I thought was a roof leak. They had performed the re-roof on my duplex in 2016. Shayne inspected the attic space and the exterior wood sloped roof and found no leaks, with all labour and materials in order. Even though the warranty expired in 2021, Shayne still came out to check their work. He refused to accept payment for what turned out to be a false alarm and was so professional and thorough I was very, very impressed. Roy Dennis Roofing was referred to me by many people and I can see why. I would recommend Roy Dennis Roofing to everyone.

I originally had another roofing company contacted for some work at my home. They left me hanging for months and never showed up. I contacted Dean Dennis with Roy Dennis Roofing. Communication was great. He had techs Scott M. and Quang V. attend within the week. These guys were all stars! The quality of work was very high! One of the items installed was a new termination for a bathroom exhaust fan. Scott recommended we install the termination other than where I wanted it. One of the skylights at my house had to be urgently replaced as it had fallen off! I gave this company a call and spoke to Dean. He came by the same day to assess the situation. He even went out of his way to help us patched the area to avoid any water damage. 4 days later, all of the skylights at my house were replaced by them! Thank you again for your prompt service and fair pricing! You guys are the best!
