“FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY.

Terry first came to my house a few months back to check out my roof and to give me an estimate. I knew nothing about roofing and I had many questions. I have a house with a cedar roof that needed replacing. We simply couldn't afford a new cedar roof, but was struggling to go for a cedar conversion. Terry stayed for over 2 hours that Saturday morning, explaining my options, the various manufacturers, and their product lines. He explained each of their warranties. By the end of our visit, I went from knowing nothing to be coming very knowledgeable in the roofing world.

Terry's estimate was extremely well written and easy to read. It was a straight forward, and extremely detailed .
From the shingle manufacturer and model, to the thickness, and type of plywood he was going to use, to the waterproofing, etc etc, it was all written down.

THE INSTALLERS
They showed up just before 8am and left at just after 8pm. They were hardworking, polite, friendly, & respectful. Each night the crew cleaned the property before they went home.

TODAY ....we have a new roof and I couldn't be happier. My neighbours tell me that my roof looks like a brand new cedar roof. I have to say... I totally agree.
