“We purchased an old timer back in the winter of 2021. The roof was in such bad condition we almost didnt qualify for home insurance. Joel an his team were there for us right away and able to put on a new roof right away to satisfy our insurance company. Fast forward 18 months we undertook a massive home remodel that changed our roof line. We hired a different contractor, provided him with matching roof shingles, the end product was terrible and way overpriced! We called Joel and his team was able to come in within a few days and fix the mess that was made of our roof for a fraction of the price we were paying our other contractor. “Nice and professional roofing job for my Vancouver house. It's a torchon flat roof replacement, Benny came here and visited here a couple of times before starting the job. His crew has been always very busy all the time, and my roof has been postponed for two and half years.\nMy roof is almost 30 years old, and it's a little bit complicated. There are many decks with glass railings at different levels at both north and south of the house. Some decks have curved curbs. Anyway, it's very complicated.\nHis crew are doing great jobs during the roof replacement. Remove glass panel railing without any damage, remove the old roof carefully, they also cleaned up the ground everyday. We are very happy with their jobs. And would like to recommend them to other people who need the roofing services. BTW, they do roof replacement, vinyl decking, and leaking repairs, etc.\nPlease give him a shout if you need.“

“We got Satpal to do our roof. He and his team did a great job. We had a standing seam metal roof 12" roof installed. The roof costed $25k. It was money well spent. The roof should last us for 50+ years. We won't have to worry about the roof for a long time. Satpal made sure everything was done right and was done properly. Unfortunately when he was removing the old roof, we found out the old roof (who was done by another roofer in the past) was mopped to the deck. It was sad because that costed us a few extra $$$$ to remove the old roof completely. We needed to sand the deck and install new boards on top to insure the integrity of the new roof. Satpal communicated all issues to us very well. He was honest to tell us that our roof had built in drains already and we didn't need to spend extra to get a new drain put in because it was not needed. Before going to SPS Roofing, we did get a few quotes from other roofers. We found SPS contract straight to the point and was able to start very soon. Also, we chose SPS because Satpal responded quickly by email or phone. SPS charges market. I highly recommend using SPS.“
