“We purchased an old timer back in the winter of 2021. The roof was in such bad condition we almost didnt qualify for home insurance. Joel an his team were there for us right away and able to put on a new roof right away to satisfy our insurance company. Fast forward 18 months we undertook a massive home remodel that changed our roof line. We hired a different contractor, provided him with matching roof shingles, the end product was terrible and way overpriced! We called Joel and his team was able to come in within a few days and fix the mess that was made of our roof for a fraction of the price we were paying our other contractor. “We got Satpal to do our roof. He and his team did a great job. We had a standing seam metal roof 12" roof installed. The roof costed $25k. It was money well spent. The roof should last us for 50+ years. We won't have to worry about the roof for a long time. Satpal made sure everything was done right and was done properly. Unfortunately when he was removing the old roof, we found out the old roof (who was done by another roofer in the past) was mopped to the deck. It was sad because that costed us a few extra $$$$ to remove the old roof completely. We needed to sand the deck and install new boards on top to insure the integrity of the new roof. Satpal communicated all issues to us very well. He was honest to tell us that our roof had built in drains already and we didn't need to spend extra to get a new drain put in because it was not needed. Before going to SPS Roofing, we did get a few quotes from other roofers. We found SPS contract straight to the point and was able to start very soon. Also, we chose SPS because Satpal responded quickly by email or phone. SPS charges market. I highly recommend using SPS.“

“Dan and his crew did a very complicated torch on replacement for me last year.I had a chronic leak problem which various “fixes” failed to resolve.Dan convinced me that the complications of my roof made going with anything less than a full job including removing siding to run the roofing material up adjacent walls was the only way you could ensure no problems in the future.I’d had several other contractors look at my roof and proposed different approaches, some cheaper.We’ve been through some monsoons now, and most importantly a snow melt, and my previous problems are gone.I’m more than happy with this job, the service level and the price.He also reshingled an outbuilding at a price I found surprisingly low.During that job it became evident that a number of plywood sheets had to be replaced.He did not charge extra for that additional work.I’d recommend Kanga to anyone needing roof replacement or repairs.When I need my main shingle roof replaced I won’t be shopping for additional estimates.“
