Great experience. Had a door latch and strike installed. They came back and adjusted when I had a quick issue and installed a plate cover for me at the same time.Great professionalism!

I am very pleased with choosing Key West, as they arrived the same day, fixed our lock issue, and took about 10 minutes. Ralph is amazing, friendly and professional, and the main reason why I would definitely use them if needed again in the future! Highly Recommend!
