I dropped by their store on Shell Road to get some spare keys cut, and the service was awesome. The staff was super friendly, quick, and had me out the door in no time. The shop is really clean and well-stocked, and the pricing was totally fair. Definitely my go-to locksmith spot in Richmond from now on!
The name says it all, Lockmasters are true masters of their craft. After so many failed attempts elsewhere, Martin nailed this key perfectly on the first try. He’s fair, diligent down to the smallest detail, and clearly takes pride in his work. Honestly unbelievable service and I’ll only be coming here from now on!
