I had a great experience getting my haircut with Serena! The salon was clean and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Serena has a very sweet and nice personality, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.
She is very detail-oriented and patient, taking the time to fully understand what I wanted—especially when I was deciding on a layering cut. She listened carefully and made sure everything was just right.
The haircut turned out exactly how I hoped—fresh, flattering, and easy to manage. On top of that, she also showed me how to style my hair after the cut using a blow dryer and flat iron, which was super helpful.
