Made the stupid decision of forgeting to charge my phone and was 15 mins late to my apt but Ken was super understanding and nice. Haircut was great and swift, I have stayed with one hair stylist in Seattle for the past 4 years and was worried about coming back home and having to go through the whole struggle of finding another hair stylist. Ken made it easy, he was asking all the right questions on how I want my hair cut and delivered it in a clean way. Will definetely be back again when my hair gets longer again!

This is the first time I got my hair cut in Vancouver, Hiro is so kind and talkative. He's from Taiwan you can speak Mandarin with him. The service is very attentive and considerate. The attitude is friendly, the efficiency is extremely high and the skills are amazing. Every step of cutting, dyeing and perming is very gentle and delicate, and the result is the same as the hairstyle I specified. I'll go again and recommend to everyone!!

I had an amazing time getting my hair done with Mako. I got my hair cut and coloured from him. He is very professional. He was not rushing at all even though I came in after work at 5 pm. He took the time to listen to my needs, making sure I understand then start working on my hair. He understands that I don’t want bleach and I wash my hair everyday. He then recommends colours that could last longer considering my habits and routine. And I just love the results! His work is very delicate and detailed. I I really enjoyed his service and will definitely come back!
