Just got a haircut with Kaori and she is amazing!! She is so patient to answer any questions and takes extra care to make sure the result is what you wanted; she would confirm about small details here and there during the cut to match your preference and would also give professional advice whenever you requested for it. Had a haircut with Miyuki, she was efficient and took the time to explain how to do some easy daily styling for my new haircut. She was also gentle throughout the whole appointment with washing, combing, and cutting my hair, I nearly fell asleep! Overall, a positive and comfortable experience :)
