Ashton is not the cheapest company around but you pay for the quality. They tried hard to find out the issue of our water pressure and lukewarm water. Was not a quick or simple fix but we have hot water now.
Mo evaluated our home for home heating upgrades. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient in answering the multitude of questions we had about a very complex new technology.He deserves the five stars!
I have been dealing with Ashton for years and have always found them responsive. There has been some front office problems lately but every business, esp during the pandemic, has had their problems. For the last couple of years, I've had Jay Lin service my furnace, getting it ready for the winter. He is punctual, very professional, thorough and knowledgeable, answering all my questions in a clear and concise manner. I will definitely be asking for Jay again in the future. I hope there is a Employee Reward Program at Ashton as Jay deserves the recognition! Thank you, Jay!
