I had a kitchen leak and Ashton came to replace the pipe. The ENTIRE team from the office staff to the techs, were incredibly helpful and supportive. Hark was especially helpful with a wonderful sense of humour and quality work. 👍👍
Yesterday evening (Oct 28.25) we discovered that our furnace was not providing warm air although the fan was functioning. As an Ashton Advantage Protection Plan subscriber I contacted the emergency number and scheduled a service call for later in the evening.
Although on another call, the Service Technician (I believe his name is 'Japn') estimated and achieved an arrival time and proceeded to rectify the problem quickly, efficiently and courteously.
